Terms of Service Agreement

Our Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to our Website (https://cpr-acls-pals.com). By using our site and or registering for our classes online via Pay Pal, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service agreement. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or register for any classes via Pay Pal. ACLS, PALS or CPR classes are on a first come basis. This is determined by who confirms their intent to attend the class by confirmation of registration via Pay Pal. Your seat in the program will be held for any date of your choosing for at least 180 days from the time of registration. However, we cannot refund any monies once you have registered via Pay Pal. This is due to staffing requirements that must be met in order to teach ACLS, PALS or CPR courses in accordance with the American Heart Association. Therefore, the courses are ready and available for the following 180 days from the time of registration and the staff is in place to administer the program. We understand that there are times when situations arise and for that we apologies for any inconvenience. You may submit a request for an extension on the 180-day time frame or you may choose to let a qualified allied healthcare provider attend a course in your place.
