EKG Certification Course

The Certified EKG Technician is a valuable team member of the medical staff who is responsible for performing 3 lead and 12 lead EKG’s in the non-emergent setting as well as in the emergency room environment.

A patient may arrive for a routine healthcare screening or may be experiencing shortness of breath with severe chest pain. Performing an EKG is paramount in order to diagnose if the patient is having Angina or a Myocardial Infarction which would require definitive care.
